Join us for a day filled with Christmas cheer! This market is open to all ages and we encourage you bring you bring the whole family and snap a picture at the photo booth! Below you will find everything you need to know and what to expect.

When: Saturday November 26, 2023

Where: 1291 Nafziger Rd, Baden (Wilmot Recreation Complex)

Time: 9am-3pm

Admission: FREE!!!

30+ local small businesses
Collecting monetary donations to buy kids toys and family necessities for this Christmas.
Raffle Baskets
Photo Booth

What to Bring:

Debit/credit card (some vendors will accept these)
Cash (Raffle is cash only!)
Christmas spirit!!!

VENDOR APPLICATION FORM

You applying for the Wilmot Christmas Market that will take place at the WRC Community Centre from 9am until 3pm. set up will start at 8am and clean up must be done by 4pm. Booths must be set up by 8:50am. Vendors will also be asked if they would like to donate an item to the vendors raffle basket. This is not mandatory, but is recommended. Please indicate below if this is something you'd be interested in.

Do you need an outlet? This is not guaranteed but we will try our best to accommodate.*

I understand that there are no refunds except for if the event is cancelled or postponed by the venue or organizer.*

I understand that my booth must be set up 10 mins prior to the event starting and I must stay for the entire duration of the event. If I leave early, this may result in not being asked to return to future events.*

I understand that if I cannot make it to the event, I need to provide 48 hour notice. Failing to do so may result in not being asked to return to future events.*

I understand that I am responsible for my space and attitude. Any garbage or mess left behind at my booth will result in a $10 fine. Any negative or rude behaviour is reported, you will be asked to leave the event.*

I understand that upon acceptance, payment is due within 48 hours. If payment is not made within 48 hours, I will be moved to the waitlist and we will proceed with other applicants.*
