You applying for the Bunny Bash & Market that will take place at the Bingemans from 10am until 4pm. Set up will start at 9am and clean up must be done by 5pm. Booths must be set up by 10am sharp. *

Two 8ft tables + chairs = $120
Do you need an outlet? This is not guaranteed but we will try our best to accommodate.*
I understand that there are no refunds except for if the event is cancelled or postponed by the venue or organizer.*
I understand that my booth must be set up 10 mins prior to the event starting and I must stay for the entire duration of the event. If I leave early, this may result in not being asked to return to future events.*
I understand that if I cannot make it to the event, I need to provide 48 hour notice. Failing to do so may result in not being asked to return to future events.*
I understand that I am responsible for my space and attitude. Any garbage or mess left behind at my booth will result in a $10 fine. Any negative or rude behaviour is reported, you will be asked to leave the event.*
I understand that upon acceptance, payment is due within 48 hours. If payment is not made within 48 hours, I will be moved to the waitlist and we will proceed with other applicants.*

Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor! All booths come with tables. Please bring your own lunch/ snacks and drinks. Only accepted vendors will be contacted within 48 hours.
