You applying for the Sip & Shop Christmas Market that will take place at TBD from 4pm until 10pm. Set up will start at 3pm and clean up must be done by 11pm. If you need more time to set up, please indicate below.*

I understand that there are no refunds except for if the event is cancelled or postponed by the venue or organizer.*
I understand that if I cannot make it to the event, I need to provide 48 hour notice. Failing to do so may result in not being asked to return to future events.*
I understand that I am responsible for my space and attitude. Any garbage or mess left behind at my booth will result in a $10 fine. Any negative or rude behaviour is reported, you will be asked to leave the event.*
I understand that upon acceptance, payment is due within 48 hours. If payment is not made within 48 hours, I will be moved to the waitlist and we will proceed with other applicants.*
Please email pictures of items you will be selling to email@example.com. I understand that if no pictures are provided, this may result in being declined from participating.*
