You are applying for the Sunset Social Market and Food Truck Crawl. This market will be held at the Waterloo Public Square (75 King St. N Waterloo). This event will be held from 4pm-11pm with set up starting at 3pm for vendors. Please do not send any payment until you have received a confirmation email back. All vendors fees are non-refundable with the exception that I or the venue cancel. Please type "I accept" in the box below to let me know that you have read the above statement. *

I understand that there are no refunds except for if the event is cancelled or postponed by the venue or organizer.*

I understand that my booth must be set up 10 mins prior to the event starting and I must stay for the entire duration of the event. If I leave early, this may result in not being asked to return to future events.*

I understand that if I cannot make it to the event, I need to provide 48 hour notice. Failing to do so may result in not being asked to return to future events.*

I understand that I am responsible for my space and attitude. Any garbage or mess left behind at my booth will result in a $10 fine. If any negative or rude behaviour reported, you will be asked to leave the event.*

I understand that upon acceptance, payment is due within 48 hours. If payment is not made within 48 hours, I will be moved to the waitlist and we will proceed with other applicants.*
